IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, crash logs and usage statistics.

2.4 Location Data

With your consent, we may collect precise or approximate location data (e.g. GPS, WiFi, IP-based) for features such as geotagging posts or pet activity tracking.

2.5 Payment Information

If you purchase paid features in future, we will collect limited payment details via third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, Apple, Google). We do not store full card details ourselves.

2.6 Special Categories

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as biometric data or human health data. Any pet health information you choose to upload is treated as ordinary User Content.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Provide the Services: create accounts, enable logins, host User Content, deliver feeds, enable Vault and Packs.
  • Personalisation & improvement: recommend content, tailor feeds, analyse trends and improve features.
  • Safety & moderation: detect and prevent abuse, enforce Terms of Service, moderate content.
  • Marketing & communication: send updates, promotional materials, offers or service announcements (where permitted by law and subject to your preferences).
  • Competitions & promotions: manage entries, select winners, award prizes and publicise results.
  • Payments & subscriptions: process billing, verify transactions, prevent fraud (future).
  • Legal obligations: comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
